The History of Classic Homes Realty. Inc GMAC Real Estate

Classic Homes Realty, Inc has been selling Real Estate in 4 Corners since early 2001. Broker Margaret A. Burke and owner Jason Burke have been selling Real Estate in 4 Corners since 1998. In the two years they were selling homes in the 4 Corners they were known as one of if not the dominate real estate selling team. In 2001 they decided to start teaching others their way of selling homes to people. They wanted to let other agents know it's not about commission, it'snot about the job, it's about the relationships in the community and persoanl relationships that you make with selling homes to clients and customers. That philosophy made Classic Homes not only one of the top selling companies in the area but has become an icon in 4 Corners. Here is a little run down of the companies history.

1998-2000: Margaret(Maggie) and Jason Burke worked for a local real estate company in Four Corners and were one of if not the top selling real estate team.

2001:         Started with 4 agents and doubled in size and sales.

2002:         Once again broke saled records and double in size and sales.

2003:         Decided to join a national franchise GMAC to expand our present as not only a powerhouse in 4 Corners but nationally. From joining GMAC we saw our sales increase by 30%.

2004:         Classic Home was ranked 11 out of 150 in Lake County for clsoed units and sales. The company again double in size and aquired a commerical building in the heart of 4 Corners.

2005:         Classic Homes was reconized adn being ranked #5 as the top selling office for it's size in the entire GMAC network. That's over 1800 Real Estate offices and 25,000 Real Estate Sales Partners. What an honor that was for Classic Homes.
